About Charles Sibley

A Jackson Lake native, Charles Sibley worked in an office park in Atlanta until talking to a real estate agent near his office about getting into the industry. Charles was drawn to the industry by the interesting perspective the real estate agent gave him. Additionally, Charles had already taken real estate classes at the University of Georgia. Hence, Charles took his licensing exam, and the rest is history.

Charles grew up on Jackson Lake and loved swimming, skiing, and boating with friends. In 2006, he built a home on Jackson Lake, and he still resides there today with his wife where they love the scenic view of the lake they get to look at every day. His family, who lives in Atlanta, loves to visit Charles on Jackson Lake, and they love to fish, boat, and jet ski, and love a nice family outing on the boat.  Excitingly, the Fourth of July boat parade is an annual event the Sibleys love to take as well. Charles especially has a soft spot for his sweet granddaughter, fueling her love of the lake.

In 2016, Charles began a partnership with Lake Homes Realty on Jackson Lake. Originally, he started working with Wally Cawthon, as Wally needed help due to the increasing interest on Jackson Lake. Now, Charles works on Jackson Lake and is the Lake Homes agent for Lake Tobesofkee, just west of Macon. 

Charles credits his professionalism to his father and other mentors, and he appreciates the way they treated people with kindness and the way they made them feel comfortable. Today, Charles translates this to his passion for helping customers find the perfect lake home.
